Services and booking
Service descriptions, deliverables, timing, and prices are shown before payment. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation. Clients must provide accurate contact information and complete the intake by the stated deadline.
Payments
Checkout is settled in Saudi riyals (SAR). Other currencies shown on the website are estimates only; the client’s bank determines the final conversion and any foreign-exchange fee. Applicable taxes and the final total must be displayed before payment.
Client responsibilities
Styling recommendations depend on the information shared by the client. The client remains responsible for purchase decisions, garment fit, allergies or sensitivities, and following retailer return policies. Styling is advisory and does not guarantee a particular personal, professional, or commercial outcome.
Digital-product license
Digital guides are licensed to one purchaser for personal, non-commercial use. They may not be shared, resold, copied, uploaded, taught from, or redistributed. Copyright and all intellectual-property rights remain with CURATED..
Calls and conduct
Sessions may not be recorded without written consent. Abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe conduct may result in ending a session without refund where permitted by law.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service or product. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
