Rescheduling
A consultation may be rescheduled once when the request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. The replacement appointment must be taken within 60 days, subject to availability.
Cancellations at least 48 hours before
Choose either a full studio credit or a refund to the original payment method. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days; the bank may need additional time to post them.
Late cancellations and no-shows
For cancellation less than 48 hours before the session, 50% of the service value is issued as studio credit and the remainder is non-refundable. No-shows and arrivals too late to complete the service are non-refundable. Studio credit expires 6 months after issue and is not transferable.
Studio changes
If the studio must cancel, the client may choose a new appointment or a full refund. If a technical problem prevents a virtual session, both parties will first attempt to reschedule without charge.
Digital products
Because digital guides are supplied immediately, purchases are final once access or download has been provided, except where required by law. Contact the studio within 7 days for a duplicate charge, corrupted file, or failed delivery so it can be corrected or refunded where appropriate.
Shopping and travel costs
Retail purchases, tailoring, shipping, transport, accommodation, and approved third-party expenses are separate. Their cancellation terms follow the relevant retailer or supplier unless a written quote says otherwise.
